Terms & Conditions
By booking a service with J-Go Studio, you agree to the following terms. All services are provided remotely unless otherwise agreed. Work will not begin until payment has been received in full. J-Go Studio reserves the right to decline any project that conflicts with its values. All deliverables are provided digitally via a download link. J-Go Studio retains the right to use completed work as a portfolio or promotional credit unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the project commencing. J-Go Studio is not responsible for any loss of files on the client's end once delivered. Remote Recording Support is included free with any mixing booking — this must be requested at the time of booking and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
Revisions
Each mixing service includes up to 3 revisions at no extra cost. Additional revisions beyond this are charged at £10 per revision. Revision requests must be clear, consolidated, and submitted in a single message per round. Requests submitted separately or incrementally will count as separate revisions. Mastering, vocal production, and remote recording support services do not include revision rounds unless otherwise stated.
Turnaround & Availability
Turnaround times are agreed on a per-project basis following an initial discussion. J-Go Studio will always communicate availability clearly before work begins. Deadlines must be discussed and confirmed before booking — urgent requests may be accommodated subject to availability. J-Go Studio will notify you of any delays as early as possible.
Refunds & Cancellations
As all services are bespoke digital services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you wish to cancel before work has begun, a full refund will be issued. If you have any concerns about the work delivered, please get in touch at growwithjgo@gmail.com and J-Go Studio will work with you to reach a fair resolution. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that the 14-day cooling off period does not apply once work has begun, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
File Submission Requirements
Please submit all files as WAV, 24-bit, 48kHz (44.1kHz minimum). All stems and tracks must be clearly labelled. No clipping on individual stems — please ensure all tracks peak below 0dBFS before sending. Along with your files, please provide: Track Name, Artist Name, Producer, Genre, BPM, ISRC code (if available), and Artwork (if available). Files should be sent via a download link (e.g. WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox) to growwithjgo@gmail.com. Work will not begin until all required files and information have been received.
Credits
J-Go Studio requires a credit on all released work. For streaming platforms and release materials, credits should read as follows — Mixing: Mixed by Jude Gyamfi-Osew (J-Go Studio). Mastering: Mastered by Jude Gyamfi-Osew (J-Go Studio). Vocal Production: Vocal Production by Jude Gyamfi-Osew (J-Go Studio). Production: Produced by Jude Gyamfi-Osew (J-Go Studio). For social media posts and promotional content, please tag @growwithjgo. Credits and tags are required on all public releases and promotional materials where credits are listed. If you have any concerns about crediting, please discuss this before booking.
Privacy Policy
J-Go Studio collects only the personal information necessary to deliver your project — including your name, email address, and project files. This information is used solely to communicate with you and complete your booking. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. You have the right to request deletion of your data at any time by contacting growwithjgo@gmail.com. J-Go Studio complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
